In order of title length:
• Shark 4
• XEclogue by Lisa Robertson (designed by Dean!)
• Short Haul Engine by Karen Solie
• The Captain Lands in Paradise by Sarah Manguso
• How Phenomena Appear to Unfold by Leslie Scalapino
• spaces in the light
said to be where one/
comes from by Stephen Ratcliffe
Shark contains some photographs of a new series of Nina Katchadourian's book stacks. Katchadourian visits a library, rearranges books so that their spines reveal a hidden narrative, and photographs them. There are some here and here and here.

I'm behind the times here, but just had to mention how much I love XEclogue. I named my blog after it, as it was begun during the time I was writing a long paper about Robertson and the pastoral and language and all that good stuff. I hope you like it too... Oh, and The Weather rocks too.

Neat! "spaces in the light..." is my favorite Ratcliffe book -- I've been meaning for a while now to write about it....
