I grew up with dogs (Sho-San, Beamus, Mo, Brandy, Dante), and always loved dogs, but from the time I left for boarding school through the first ten years of my working life I had to be happy with just seeing my friends' dogs every now and then (Bob, Dacha, Winnie, Junior) who were nice dogs, but big, slobbery, not so bright. One day after Heather moved to San Francisco, I went over to her house and met Tigger, a four pound, hug-sized chihuahua, and fell in love. He was a former champion stud dog, but in his later life, a little lap pasha, who lived to cuddle. He sat in my lap and licked me as much as I would let him, then fell asleep and that was all it took, my dogless days were over. At the first opportunity, I found myself a little dog of my own. I wanted a chihuahua. I wanted Tigger actually, but he wasn't available. So now I have Dos Pesos.
Tigger died yesterday, unexpectedly. When I heard the news I cried. Tigger, Tiny Mite's Tanner, rest in peace.

The answer to your question of the 12th regarding why you feel colder when you come out of a shower than when you come out of a bath is found by reviewing your body's temperature regulating system.
Your body loses heat through the dilation of your skin's blood vessels and retains heat through their constriction.
Your skin's blood vessels are more dilated when you exit the shower than when you exit the bath because the water coming from the shower is as hot at the end as at the start, whereas the water in the bath cools as you bath. Therefore, when you exit the shower you are losing more heat than when you exit the bath, and consequently feel cooler in relation to the ambient temperature of the bathroom.
