As a young woman, this is one of the most motivational speeches I've ever watched for a while. Thanks.

While I agree with the ideals of feminism it is a little churlish to state that 80% of all refugees are women implying that the males are fine. The men and boys are often conscripted into armies and face significant danger and abuse. Like the women they often suffer post traumatic stress disorders with no forms of help.

While the worlds governments should see true representation of women it does not follow that they will not fall foul of the corrupting influence of power as many many men have. Only democratic checks and balances will protect the population, not the lack of a Y chromosome.
