that's an awesome outline - that's almost exactly what happened to my schedule after i became a parent and have strict daycare/preschool dropoff pickup schedules and no time to work outside of time in office. work starts/stops at strict times most days, no working late, and work rarely happens on weekends and i stick to a detailed to do list every day. i'm so much more disciplined now thanks to lucy!
